Patagonia stone slabs are exotic, high-end natural stones (classified commercially as either granite or quartzite) originating from Brazil. They feature a dramatic mosaic-like mix of white, beige, grey, and dark brown-to-black areas with large translucent quartz crystal formations. Slabs typically cost between $2,900 and $14,900 depending on size, quality, and supplier, and opinions on  countertops note that regional retail quotes vary widely based on fabrication and rarity.
